lukalissimo: also flitz's idea about implementing chess style rules for your account that you would use for the road to ssl seems really legit, i really doubt the majority of the playerbase would mind "wasting" 1 game and not losing or gaining any mmr other then leth since it rerally would be educational and better for the games overall stability, it helped me reach gc in the past and i believe something like a "educational account" should exist for youtubers, but i believe it shouldnt just be given out since it could be taken advantage of with the whole "one wins mmr, while the other doesnt lose", and i believe RL is in need of that system to educate the newer player coming in

Alexbeauchesne1: i think the road to SSL series should be educational for the opponents as well. the way im seeing it, you should play 2s with players of X rank for 3 games one with each different player on your team, then take 15 mins with the players to give actual feedback after the games. its a win-win-win for you, the opponents and the viewers.

alexold9560: what if you did something like "coach to ssl" where you take the worst player in a ranked lobby, and coach them to be the best player in the lobby at every rank. Maybe some spin on it where you're a bit more hands off would still work. We'll workshop it lol

lanceburnett7692: I would love to see official speed run accounts implemented by Rocket League. In chess the account is specifically set up by the devs, and all elo is refunded to players that lose (they still gain elo if they win). RL could make a title called "Speedrun player" or something like that and require these accounts to wear the title so players know in game that they are playing one.
