So much of 1s is boost management, there’s plenty of boost and time per player in 2s, and I think a change like this in 3s would really increase the speed of the game, since it makes it more difficult to starve a team and so much high level play happens in the air

Smileypieman101: One big thing I noticed was the fact that you (and likely others) used a lot of boost to go back to grab a big boost when it didn't really matter, because we are used to not having to conserve any boost when we pick them up.
JUNK_ZONE: Unlimited boost would kill the game IMO. I like the idea of changing the boost amounts like you have here. It pushes players to recognize that pads are a viable enough option that there would be less demos/team bumps going for the same 100 boost over and over again. Everyone can naturally be more spread out.. because useful boost is easier to come by EVERYWHERE and it doesn't take grabbing a few pads in a row to MAKE it useful (considering all ranks).
asdfjkl-f3z: if we're playing with boost definitions, how about an overcharged tank? experiment with a tank of 110, 125, 150, uncapped.

ImAIRoficial: Yo leth crazy idea, make the pads give you a random boost amount and don't tell your friends, make it less obvious at the beginning and then at the end every single pad is randomized

dougermouse: if there is some extra inputs, that suggests that Psyonix is doing stuff to help get rid of the bots. Bots only work because they can have an injected DLL that is in between the different parts of RL code. I wonder if one of the big issues they are having problems with getting rid of bots is it will also get rid of BakkesMod, which is a critical part to the pro and content scene. Solution there? Bring BakkesMod in house and build it into the protection set. Also Psyonix
TheCartiste: What about changing boost respawn time? Maybe 1 second for small pads and 5 for big ones?
TheCartiste: So in standard maps there's small boost (12) and big boost (100)... What about placing medium boost (50) in the midfield in front of each net?
