Wes-r6w4b: Imagine a separate 3v3 mode where it was all pre-made teams who have experience playing together and are probably in comms together where your team has a single MMR that doesn't factor in individual player performance. Matchmaking would be transparent. You would already know at the start of the match how many rating points you would gain or lose depending on the result. Treat it just like chess ELO where there's no theoretical limit to how high your rating could go. It's all relative to the rest of the teams.

You don't have to have any other additional reward structure or incentive other than to see how high you can climb and where you stand on the leaderboard. I mean, you could add stuff like tournaments based on rating ranges, but my point is you don't have to add a bunch of cosmetics for people to chase for it to be worthwhile. No seasonal resets every few months. No need for placement matches. You just start at 1000 points or whatever arbitrary starting point and gain or lose points depending on the ELO of the other team based on the difference between the two ratings. Imagine if people could spectate active club matches live in the client and track the progress of other teams.

There's so much opportunity to turn clubs into a special and fun element of the game, but this is basically just a group project version of a battle pass. There are good ideas here for larger communities, but this just made me yearn for a better competitive environment that isn't the mess of the normal ranked ladder and doesn't require joining a discord community.

Please consider these ideas.

Edit: I didn’t mean that the features are huge, my point is that that they are actually adding something other than just cosmetics. This means they are actually still working on the game and trying to improve it, and I think that is great

More comfortable ways to find training packs in game, I don't think there's a way to do that outside the official ones and the top most used ones. I know it's not the biggest issue but I think it would make grinding out training packs more fun cause you wouldn't have to search as hard to find actually good ones for learning.

Like let me search by defense or offense, let me find just shots alone or aerial shots. A more in depth feature would make training more fun and probably sell it better to people who may not do it currently.
