MKennyAU: You should try weapon swapping to Ancestral Warrior Totem with Rolling Slam or something. They use their own weapon damage, so all you need is 7 weapons in your offhand to scale their level and their passives are pretty much along your current passive tree path. For me they do like 1-2m DPS or something, but it is mana intensive.

Added all the possible offensive ice gems to my Ghost Dance and now it's on combo with my Ice assaults, as an offensive counters to stun, technically reacting as a defense as well! :)

You need something like 200 dex for those skills but where do we get it all? I got 24 Dex from Morior Invictus, 31 Dex from a ring and 26 Dex from gloves (81 Total). Are we going to get the rest from Passive tree? but then it gets troublesome to get the req. Str ?
