BigOlBear: I can't wait for the Druid, definitely starting with shapeshifting bear and roars, it looks like it is pretty much my favourite playstyle of slams and warcrys but amplified! In terms of other aspects I think you are right, I think the ascendencies will broadly follow a Shapeshifter focus, an elemental magic focus and a totem/physcial focus. I hope we also get some cool looking earth/physical magic skills too, which I think we will based on the Benedictus boss from act 4, maybe something like the vine slams from the Druid boss in act 1 as well. I would love to be able to just yeet a big boulder at enemies as well. Thanks for the video.

plaidhatter1674: Druid is a class POE2 needs, and badly. I love this game to bits, but before it can reach the hieghts of its big brother, it needs a way to really stand out in terms of mechanics. This right here? Step 1. A fresh class. One entirely unique to 2. I feel like druid will definitely help the game feel more like its own thing instead of poe but with less stuff.

RickCarleton: I'm as excited for the Bear as i was for Warrior - not at all, because the gameplay looks too slow to be enjoyable. Much more interested in the spells that will come with the Druid, because we sorely need more.

It's assumed that Talismans are the Druid weapon, and not the crappy necklace they are in PoE1. Going to assume it's a one handed weapon like a sceptre, which may allow other choices with say a wand or a shield.

I'm so excited. I bought this game due to druid and here we are a year later and I've become obsessed with peo2 and now poe1 as well. I knew nothing last year now I'm like a poe fountain, torturing my wife with poe details instead of street fighter nonsense like last year

Thanks for the videos. I just finished my 4th voidstone so I'm gonna start a left sided character in poe2 to start learning some tree (not that it matters I'm sure it'll change and it's not like the most confusing but I gotta kill monsters somewhere)
