I can't check how bait this build is nor how it compares to other builds.

Having to convert it to PoB myself kind of defeat the purpose of watching a video to get started faster.

I guess you don't get the money if you include the PoB.

Conundric: I noticed shred doesn't seem to reflect concentrated area support in tooltip DPS unlike every other skill when you put concentrated area it updates your DPS. According to the tags it should work but the tooltip not going up concerns me

Edit You said to good full cold elemental on the weapon - why not dual elements elemental damage with attacks. Wouldn't it work well enough to be an alternative ??
