ukr1pp3r99: I play this build with surrounded tech you don’t need as much aoe as your out of range of the tech if you have a 4 surrounded viper cap. My standard quarter strike staff strike sits at 50k in hideout which is 5x this build. You’re better off going for more straight damage with crit and lowering your area. Can clear all tier 3 splinter bosses and arbiter of ash no probs. Most fun Titan build for me swapped from bear
