mani31415: note that cloak of defiance needed the additional before mana stat as the runes are now capped to one. So you end up with with same 60%, just that you save runes sockets going for a high corrupt can now give you up to 71% total. Overall decent buff and much cheaper / less reliant on the runes to cap damage to mana before life.
