My quiver was 5c too, as a bonus. I didn't replace it until I had spent 200d on a 2 bow and crafted a quiver.

disposableheero: Mercenary Aura skills are higher than level 20, which is why they provide more effect than expected. Mercenary gems are the maximum level their level will allow them to equip. Most of the time this is level 26 auras which require level 82, on an 83 merc, with T17 mercs having leveling 27 auras which require level 84. Setting the determination and vitality auras in your POB to level 26 or 27 depending on the level of your merc, and removing the 100% increased determination effect config will give you the accurate values.
