I’ve made a Templar and ended up running lightning everywhere. Didn’t follow any build guild, but things are pretty easy so far.

memermcmemeson8809: While I did like the new atlas, the fact that while you're progressing the atlas, and you find a unique map (or like me, find a voidborn reliquary key), you just can't open it unless you 'find' it in the atlas first. I had 4 or 5 unique maps I could have run saved up waiting for more atlas completion to be able to run it.

icecoldporksoda3461: I think part of the reason that retention and player growth has cooled is that it’s no longer COVID times and things have largely returned to normal. Delirium dropped right at the beginning of the pandemic and everyone was stuck at home, so many people played games like they were 12 yo again. Peak POE happened during 2020/2021.

No one guaranteed that you get your mirage on wanted mechanic on regular map

erkgrr5863: I had a great time. First league killing Ubers. Strongest character I’ve had in the game. Ground loot certainly felt MUCH better. Getting divine drops even with early t16 alch and go felt good. Exalts being cheap and common to be used is a good thing imo.

As for the atlas I think the ability to just plug keys over and over and not need 20 different maps for different strats feels so nice.

Lastly I don’t mind exploring the atlas. It has the “weight” they seem to want from it. I did feel like the maps were connected in a way the old atlas didn’t do for me. Was kinda annoying having my invites but not knowing which quadrant the boss fights were in. Anyway my favourite league I’ve played

Hmorgan95: As a "Poe2 tourist", my first time playing the Poe1 campaign was painful AF, 30 to 45 second loading screens almost made me quit. Glad I didn't because the endgame here is Amazing!!!

Havii: My only complaint is the actual Mirage rewards. It doesn't feel worth going into them. The Cache rewards are really bad, at least during the two characters I created. Only nice things that can happen is either increased XP or getting an actual Coin. I also think the Player retention is lower due to other games being released this week, so the attention is elsewhere

LeeroyLeone: Using a VPN fixes connection issues. I am from EU and I have had a horrible connection for years. It has been really really bad at league start and evening hours. No matter what server I picked. Then this year a friend suggested using a VPN. I gave it a shot at boom, connection is perfect, under 20 ms, no disconnects. I dont know why or how, but natural connection is unplayable for me in EU and just using any VPN location completely fixes the connection issues. I have a very high end fibre connection.
