dasfog1: you missed the other op part of the combo - Commiserate Overcharge. 40% more shock magnitude 50% increased shock magnitude shock immunity

edit: don't use exposure with this set up (you get exposure reflected to you)

lilbitsssss: They should add a lvl 13 gem skilled called monsoon that is the rainy version of bears meteor storm. It should whole screen in rain and maybe mass slow (due to high winds) or occasional lightning strikes but most importantly drenching everything

ZwrP: you can put in overcharge to get more shock effect, then put in commiserate to negate the shock you get on yourself with overcharge, pretty nutty combo

altaris89: It's great but you have to use a high level to drench targets and get the guaranteed shock, and some builds definitely won't have those needed attribute levels.

paulc5389: Things that interact with ailments in some way usually can't also cause them. I'd imagine a "cannot shock or freeze" tag being missing is an oversight that will get fixed eventually.

The-Black-Death: Another thing you failed to mention is how crazy good Living Lightning is with this skill, I don't even have much spec'd into lightning dmg or anything but the minions you get from the support gem mixed with the skill itself just makes it BUSTED.

The_Bacon_Dragon: I wish the rain on the ground would allow the area to become shocked ground. It would at least make lightning tornados be a bit easier to set up.

marcellmiskei9817: The problem with this as a shapeshifter is if I’m not using two talismans I lose the weapon swap tech for howl which can max out rage, which is critical for lunar blessing and walking calamity, gives dmg, can remove ignite and can add crit weakness. Losing out on way too much for shock which you can get other ways as well.

Eqnotalent: Ok. I'm almost done with my build. I will share my tech as Amazon wyvern. u use overcharge, conduction, living lightning. also a weapon set u can get shock magnitude to 160%, then u use commiserate the shock is removed from u. Thunderstorm is the best utility skill this league. It even generate endless poerrchsrgr for me. So I can channel oil barrage endlessly. Just thunderstorm alone is giving me 140% more dmg.

adb2506: Up until enemy level 78. No drench is applied above that enemy level. So no endgame uses. Leveling only.

Banditman: Really appreciate the heads up on this. I looked at it a couple times for a minion build and thought "Nah. I'll just use a shock bot". I was wrong. This makes the shock bot SOOOO much more effective. With Thunderstorm, pretty much everything on the screen ends up shocked.
