IceTax69: Affliction was one of the best or the best league for a reason. It directly buffed loot from maps and had quite good difficulty scaling aswell from it, borrowed power was insane and clearly people like playing PoE a lot more if loot actually drops. With Breach, they absolutely cucked the rewards you get from the map mechanic simply because they created the tree, and the tree is just a gamba mechanic, you can drop 20 divs worth of ancient wombs into it and get like 10c worth of stuff in return. GGG for some reason is so afraid of their players actually getting loot

tails5388: this league is unironically worse than necropolis. In necropolis we still had back to basics and tons of ground loot. And necropolis league mechanic was not as bad as people made it out to be. Trading for the corpses was the worst part. If we had async trade back then, necropolis would be remembered as a league of all time.

mortox2k: Im not saying its a good league but I dont know why people cry about the tree specifically. Its a mostly passive mechanic that has very low investment, basically just gives you free stuff. 99.9% of the time that stuff is junk until it finally spits out a Mageblood. Personally found 2 Mageblood and 1 Headhunter from the tree, which is a lot more value than many previous league mechanics.
