brain_segfault: They should have nerfed the overperforming classes fast and early rather than letting people get the impression this game was released.

andrewjackson1915: I just watched Ghazzy getting owned in t1 maps by WHITE MOBS a map with 0 damage modifiers, his 8 minions were doing no damage. I am playing as a ranger and it feels it like even with the health nerf the mobs are very very tanky

JimmySquiky: My main issue issue is that the combat is slow and a lot of the maps are huge making progression doubly slow. Making the maps smaller and nerfing the white mobs a bit would fix a lot.

Leon-yg5gm: I'm not really shit talking or raging about it, but I wasn't having fun at all. I just logged out and put the game down for now. If there's some more good changes, then I'll be back though. I don't even mind the slow gameplay tbh. The actual gameplay itself just wasn't fun to me.
ChillPanda2: The worst part is still the super speed monsters that can warp or jump across the screen and easily overrun you. It wasn't difficult it was just bland. We were weak, and power didn't change as you leveled.

Jackedpure: Lol i feel bad for EHG, they shouldve kept their launch right alongside GGG, they wouldve blown poe 2 out of the water. And honestly i feel like GGG is getting what they deserve for doing what they did deciding to fuck EHG over. At this point I dont think GGG know what the hell they want the game to be, and it surely doesnt seem like they are taking player feedback to heart. I had nothing but respect for GGG for years but now im starting to question whether or not they are even the same company that i respected.

IMKatar: I'm in act 2 right now, leveling with Warrior and no problems, maybe a little squishy because I didn't have much luck with drops, but damage is absolutely fine. I still think that mobs are too fast to set up combos and kite attacks though.
brianelvidge4129: I just heard you say that maybe some people don't want to use 2 or 3 skills, but that misses the point. It's not about whether to use multiple skills, it's about why you're using multiple skills. Using multiple skills because it's optimal = good. Using multiple skills because CD's (forced to) = bad.
Siris6771: I suspect GGG kinda sent the huntress out to die knowing how this patch would be received, and are holding back things like the druid and act 4 for 0.3. This would explain Johnathan saying how well people return for 0.3 would be the real indicator for how well PoE2 will do long run. Personally, I hope they bring back regular buffs and nerfs for this patch as it would allow them to avoid having to be so heavy handed

Who in the world decided to make the player weak AF? I mean if currency dropped to craft gear that would help, but NO that would make you to powerful, and this is supposed to be dark souls. They have a few days to fix this sh&t or im on to LE when season 2 releases and this game will join D4 until its fun again. (and i had 415 hrs in EA before this patch)

KnightMaresX: Hate is deserved , its disgusting, i have no idea whats going on, i played and i felt its way worst than before, i did my first trials, was easy tbh, i picked warbringer and asign ancestral spririts first and guess what? The ascendancy is bugged and i had to spend the gold i farmed in the entire act to respec. So many bugs. So many crashes, dont get me wrong i totally understand that the game is in beta and can have bugs but the warbringer ascendancy was working fine couple days ago and now its not, thats CRAZYYY.
JorgenPOE: I'm in act 6 and about to get to maps. Basically face tanking everything on the smith. But it's a slog when you hit any bosses, rares etc and white packs will out pace most players because award drops were reverted back again based on what my tracker can see.
The campaign should not be finger nail ripping hard, the endgame should slow you down. Right now new players are going to drop this game hard because out the gate you get smashed hard.
I made this call in 0.1.0 because I wasn't playing meta builds and was met with people telling me to git gawd. And this is the fatigue catching up now that already existed in this game.
I'm actually having fun because I figured out how to build hyper defensively last patch anticipating this... But I totally get why people are pissed and it's about time.
Ambander-p3x: Classic Tri moment, always 60 levels below everyone else and chiming in with his "ITS NOT BAD GUYS, ITS GOING TO FEEL FINE IN ENDGAME" meanwhile everyone else is lvl 80 and white mobs in maps take 30 seconds to clear

Gunthrek: I think I could be fine with "meaningful combat" if it were more rare. You can't have both swarms of mobs AND slow paced combat. If you have to spend 30 seconds to a minute fighting a pack of mobs, but only have to do it a limited number of times in every map, yet still get good rewards and experience points to keep progression moving, then spending more time per fight wouldn't be such a big deal. If you're still expected to slog through the same number of mobs, yet it takes significantly longer to kill them, that's where we start getting pissed off.
lolroflamao: I feel like balancing is against my fun. I like going fast. I like blasting. If I'm not welcome there is always something else. Just don't patronize me by claiming my fun is not fun.
