First a Daresso's Defiance with the three minimum Endurance Charges, which should give permanent Onsöaught, then with a Carcass Jack.

If my calculations are correct, 160% MS should be achievable with:

30% MS Boots [30%]

40% MS Lvl 21 Phase Run [70%]

20% MS*2 Daresso's Defiance [110%]

40% MS Quicksilver [150%]

5% Action Speed Boot Implicit [158%]

I'd also have to counteract the penalty on Armour though... but I'll get there when I get there.
