itsmebatman: I like it, looks interesting. The change to sockets is gonna cause some interesting things as a consequence. Playing around with gem quality will be a lot more accessible and late game a bit more potent. Also in combination with the rework to synth/corruption implicits I can imagine there to be a lot more builds with corrupted items. Mayhaps vaal orbs and itemized temples are gonna be very pricey. People are prolly gonna do a lot of corrupting stuff, because they want the implicits and the danger of locking yourself out of using items due to socket colors is gone.

Freedan91: I want to see the numbers on coursing currents exceptional support. It says it makes any damage that chills also apply shock. Mace mastery makes all mace damage chill, so you'd also get shock. Full physical mace can shock, chill, poison, and bleed. Grab a negligible amount of fire damage and you can grab some ignite chance and get it ite as well. Marauder/duelist area of tree has plenty of ignite chance and bleed chance, feel like there's absolutely a yoke of suffering angle to be had here. Depends on how the gem truly works. Boneshatter of carnage has stun support and a massive 620% attack damage at max level with excellent quality for the new socket system as well. A boneshatter of carnage stun/ailment build might be my starter, just depends on how the gem truly works

_Aynix: Another big loser is Ritual. Not being able to find synth items in it anymore, which was "the jackpot" you were hunting fot will make it way way worse. Its like going to casino and playing slot machine with jackpot disabled.

Like shouldn't every scion be luminary until 2nd lab (and honestly probably until 3rd lab if you've already invested in it, unless you can get any offense from the first node, which you can fortunately do this league if you run a vaal spell).

emptynight4861: Stasis prison in particular I think will be insane this league. Patch notes say it got a new mod, implicit values are doubled, which in my mind only makes sense to add in the context that they may be changing how they're acquired to be exclusively from the vestigial unique system. I have to imagine there are several very powerful outcomes from doubling those mods.
