Shopping Cartliamroyston6718: Delver here; i'm pretty happy with the azurite change, myself.
ChakoExile: 20% More Spin = 20% More Win
patrickgerbes3213: Maybe ballistic means something else in New Zealandish
Boardslam27: Honestly, nerfing trickster addressed just a symptom, not the problem. The problem is that most rewarding content has a ton of map modifiers that are not fun what so ever. To make maps runnable you have to sit there and choas spam your way into a runnable map, which is yet another unfun activity. Trickster was the pick for me because I spent less time in hideout and more time running maps
fearlessdumb0: Bloodline Ascendencies will 100% shake the meta. I'm hyped. They are ALREADY core.
kokorochin01: Very underwhelming patch notes as far as I'm concerned, too mild. Especially after it was advertised as "going ballistic on character balance". So many skills, uniques and classes left untouched. I respect their work and can see the love put into the patch, but what I want most of all is meta shake-ups and balance changes. Too few.
EvilWeiRamirez: I love that there is actually a reason to kill bosses now. Also, now you can actually use half an ascendancy. That really opens up ideas.
aldodzb: I don't like and havent delved in years, but it's pretty unfair that everyone gets your specific resource by basically doing nothing.
I think the change is logic and good for the 5 or 6 folks worldwide that unironically do delve
watermelon58: Biggest loser is BAMA
SweebyMignonne: Honestly this should be massive buff for so many ascendancy’s that feel like they inly have 3 good nodes like gladiator to then have a minimum 18 new options for you last 2 points this will be an exciting time to play im so excited to play gladiator again for the 4th league in a row!
Eas_Planeswalker: Was hoping for some strike skill love eg glacial hammer, infernal blow etc Not all melee players like slams
Remindw: Finally someone speaks of passive azurite farming nerf. I was pretty much taking it every league start just to get some passive income and buff my character with some damage/movement speed during mapping. Pretty good, not point-hungry strat. RIP
michadybczak4862: It's clear they did a brainstorming, focusing on what to do, to incentivize players to engage in various mechanics. Now you need to do delving for Azurate. Now you need to do certain bosses for bloodline class, etc. They also nerfed too OP farms, which may keep inflation in check, at least better than in 3.26. If that all succeed? Will see.
manowartank8784: ... time to go DEEPER again!
Zenbubbles: If Uul from Delve is a popular bloodline pick, the price of a carry is going to be astronomical. Uul requires a massive investment of time, not to mention you need to kill him with 1 portal (life).
Thelius42: As a deliver I'm super stoked about the azurite farming change
evilfiendish9787: Damn RIP Azurite mapping
prosamis: Trickster also got a huge nerf from the nerf to energy leech support which trickster abused to all hell
Ilyak1986: Really disappointed with the patch notes IMO. Like the new league seems great, the QoL are nice, but this patch basically reads like a 3.15/3.19. I.E. the spell suppression nerf without any compensation buffs to the defensively weakest area of the tree (ranger), because too many people were still investing into spell suppression? How about some effective defensive layers in the bottom right?
Think about it--left side has: super-efficient block, two max res wheels, a max fortify wheel, all sorts of efficient regen nodes, endurance charges, crit mitigation, and almost all guard skills and petrified blood needing pure str requirements, so str travel nodes are also defensive in a way.
Right side had: suppress, which was analogous to left side's block.
Where are left side's defensive layers? Where's our efficient max res, our poe2 deflection, crit mitigation, an eva guard skill, etc.?
Both sides have similar offensive wheels for their particular weapon types, including for crit (axe/sword crit wheels in bottom left, melee crit wheel on far left, bow crit wheel on the right, proj crit wheel bottom right, generic crit wheel on the right).
But as far as actual defensive layers go, if you look around the bottom right side, there's just slim pickings. It's pure "increased eva" and...that's about it as far as defenses actually go. Ailment avoidance is basically a meme, as stormshroud ~= ancestral vision as far as jewel-based ailment avoidance goes.
Furthermore, most unique flasks are still left out to dry. Atziri's promise? Garbage. Apparently, Rotgut's onslaught doesn't even get buffed by onslaught effect. Cat flask is a meme. Coralito's signature? Meme.
Furthermore, left side keystones don't directly penalize left-side playstyles. I.E. resolute technique? Well, great, you weren't going crit anyway. Meanwhile, precise technique? Still penalizes life (and wasn't nerfed to count ES, either), instead of say, armor--while still penalizing crit. Arrow dancing? Penalizes evasion, not armor or ES. Wind dancer? Still gets eaten by any timeless jewel along with
deliriumcamper: The azurite is the best thing ever for me personally.
That node was awful for us delve fans
ikashibimauler: GGG needs to release all the bloodline ascendencies. My biggest pet peeve is that they add stuff they want us to find out about AFTER league launch. By then we have a character put together based on decisions using old info. I like putting together a plan and then executing the plan. I dont like putting together a plan and then having to can it because they withheld info.
kju-uu8me: They could make heartstopper 80% and I still wouldn't click it
Avel_runner: was not aware of the azurite nerf goddamit mark, ruined my early strat
QanarIsDelirious: Boring af patchnotes but Damm get me in
borealeone: Biggest loser is the map juicing, it's basically been nuked from orbit, no more like 500 quant / 200 more currency t17s
TalkativeTri: BALLISTIC CHANGES new meme?
