circaen: If they decide to continue supporting POE 1 at a serious level, which seems very iffy tbh. Especially given ZiggyD's opinion that it will be set off into maintenance mode in a year or two. But let us assume they do.

Once they get the classes & Acts done for POE 2, supporting both games will become infinitely easier. I would bet half the work they are doing is creating classes & Acts. That is a massive amount of bandwidth they will clear up this year. By then they will have the POE 1 team built out more & both games should be able to coexist pretty easily.

mas0ny11: I didn't interpret this announcement like that at all. I assume 0.4 was pushed forward 1 month. So poe1 in march, then poe2 2 months later and it's just the standard 2 months between both games... I guess the argument regarding December makes sense but might as well see when the next poe2 patch hits

It really feels like they're spreading themselves too thin right now and it's causing more issues in the near to mid term run. Poe 2 really does not feel like early access but a fully launched arpg season with the way it's being marketed right now, new supporter packs, teasers, trailers, sponsors and twitch drops too on league launch
