nevermind that lightning strike gets to 1368% damage effectiveness with returning projectiles which occasionally come from new sources for a league, here hoping its limited to nimis for 3.26

So everytime a lightning strike hits that 2 ice crashes worth of damage happening simultaenously, all without ice crash's 70% attack speed multiplier

ModArch: Champion used to be my favourite ascendency, but since they reworked it I can never build anything satisfying with it anymore. It used to be such a solid perma-Fortify Onslaught Aura Effect package when you had Perseverance. Losing the stun immunity and other buffs dependent on Fortify hurt really bad and the Taunt nodes are just trash imo. I really want to play an Impale build on it again, but idk if it'll ever feel better than Slayer.
