Talon_PoE: You responded in the other vid but I will leave my thoughts in a separate comment here:

My other issues that I notice are the following:

1. Balbala isn't screwed just by simulacrum debuff thingy that doesn't let your flask gain charges. You can also roll reduced flask charges gained in maps, so your regex will be bloated with bad mods. This affects the most player and it's super common. On top of this, the worst part is that certain spirits roll a mod that completely removes your flask effects, this is something that juggernauts are crying about usually. I think it's "Thief's Grip". Your cluster setup would also crumble, that one with 2 flask related notables.

2. Cruelty support is giving the most damage in PoB, but you have to be careful in the footage if: 1. you got 40% ( which I think you do with elementalist, though I think I saw a lesser value at some point ) 2. The worst problem is that you need to hit the target to get a buff. Sometimes the buff expired and the dot is still on the ground but you don't hit the boss again to reproc it. It happens more with skills that have higher duration ( creeping frost is linked to that and has high duration usually). At the same time, buffs can expire on you instantly ( T17 map mods or regular maps at a certain rate ). This is pretty bad, because it disables your entire support gem. To me this happens in T17s and in Ultimatums, but the more relevant thing here is the T17 map rolling.

3. In PoB, the vaal RF is ticked on. Issue is that I never seen this being on your character during the fights, besides at the very end vs the fortress boss. I don't think sheperd of souls even allows it, because it says 100% more cost of vaal skills per vaal skill used in the past 8s. Since you press vaal cold snap every time, your vaal RF would cost 80 souls instead of 40 to proc it at the same time with vaal cold snap. So therefore, this isn't accurate at all. Lance explained how it this keystone works and he doesn't even have vaal RF ( you can check his char ).

4. Falling Crystals: automatically fires piercing cold spell mortar projectiles at nearby enemies that are chilled or frozen.

Falling crystals with cover in frost is pretty cool, but I tested them in game and they aren't fast. It's also a weird mortar effect, similar to Forbidden rite or some sorts. The buff gain might be accurate tho, you kinda go in melee range anyway to drop vortex so it should work.

5. The animate guardian seems very weird. So you have a guy that inflicts a curse? ( which btw curses on cold dot are the highest dps multipliers ) Isn't that guardian gonna need to hit the uber with his melee attack for the curse to proc?

6. The character is completely paper and daresso isn't real defence, even on a budget. You can get hit by an 100 damage hit, then proc the ability to 100% block and you are good. But what if you get an 8k hit? Your character will register 25% block chance, not 100%. I was a disbeliever before, but what gets you really is attacks non-mitigated, not spells. It sounds counterintuitive, but in maps you can't even see attacks nor can try to dodge them.

Your max hits look like my trickster on 7d budget pob numbers wise. Trickster's pob numbers don't really reflect his tankiness because of spellbreaker and ghost shrouds. But anyway, this is leveling stuff which is ok, but the issue still remains, you have to get a real nice regex for her and don't get hit. That's my issue with her and always has been. Last league I had a 1 mirror occultist that was getting one shot with capped block 85 res 8k es in expeditions. I kinda had exodia and she still crumbles.

Besides all of this, the damage still sits at 28 mil which is cracked. 28 mil is my mirror tier trickster. It is to be expected, since Elementalist generally triples my damage, plus you use the cheese setup with balbala Low Life. I could use it too but it feels bad for what I'm playing. For the general playerbase it's kind of a nitpick.

Now it makes sense why you showcased low tier boss fights and not ubers with this kind of damage. The character probably gets one shot by uber abilities. Maybe the AG dies, who knows. My confusion came with the fact that I expected to see ubers getting obliterated with that dot cap dps and then I saw the regular bosses and feared.

Hope this is viewed as constructive criticism, because I legit only play cold dot and I like it so much. The most important thing really is also how the build plays and how consistent it is. Maybe you could remove damage and add more defence. I would probably go ff/ff combo and maybe get vile bastion, would give you 10k es with a proper setup. But again, for 20d budget which looks like it ( I myself have meh gear like that ) is pretty damn good dps wise.

i enter the build guide, take a look at the equipment guide and tbh, idk HOW it should be below 20d? for example: the same helmet as in this guide is at 50div right now. the triumvirate ring (the exact same version as yours dont exist rn) is at 40d right now at cheapest price... idk if i am stupid, but i just try to follow ur build guide, but i cant, since the items seems to be insanely expensive. the hungry loop was at 25d and its not even finished yet lol

Talon_PoE: The problem with triumvirate is that you put the gem in the ring, but then you don't have bonechill on cold snap and you have to put it somewhere else, which is worse ( because you need more chill effect from tree/boots ). On top of this, the ring gives u access to another 6l which is creeping frost, but the problem now is really really bad: you press another button and creeping frost didn't get a 30% more dmg buff by ggg ( it was the only gem left alone with no changes ).

If you do the math you will realize that this ring will give you slightly more dmg at the expense of an extra button press, which makes it really unplayable to use. This build is already button intensive enough ( I press 6 buttons and I don't even have creeping frost ).

Edit: tulborn wand with an attack speed corruption is 100d for some reason...
