Unholykills: Btw Adonia’s Ego effect is elemental conflux from PoE 1. It means that if for example you have pure lightning damage, it will not only shock, but chill/freeze and ignite. Very useful under the right setup.

marcoz2179: Cadiro's gambit is funny cause you can respect 6 points from the skill tree that grants bonus from equipped quivers (cause he don't give stats but effects), and set them on other nodes.

You thought the dreamer sceptre was really good because the shrine effect, but you didn't even mention the 3 other guiding palm sceptres all got shrine effects which in my opinion are better than the dreamers shrine effect. The dreamers shrine effect only works when an enemy dies. Well the meteor, tempest, and freezing shrine effect works all the time not just when an enemy dies so it's better for bossing.

Pavton: The scepter seems to not drop on the floor, but is the result of corrupted palm scepters. That's why only corrupted versions exists right now. No idea how rare it is to get this from a corruption, only time will tell

GGG said chase items but in reality they wanted to give something good to majority of people and not only few hundreds streamers who dont have other life instead playing. That why they make this items and i strongly believe few of them are really great. And lets not forget this is still beta and not a full game. What may look to you bad now in future after the launch can be Meta with some adjustments.
