cyruslupercal9493: I think Gemling is always C-tier. It is very general and the build synergy exists mostly outside of the ascendancy. It just buffes everything you do.

Like the 10-16% gem quality and 2 for any gem might make some of the skills the strongest in game. The ones you can't normaly get levels for from gear.
