feeperyt: If you want that "older" feeling breach do a city map (ideally with 200% delirium) and three tablets with "unstable breaches in map spawn 3 additional rare monsters when stabilized" and one of the unique breach tablets with a tier 15 or 16 corrupted waystone using the atlas master Jado. It's a bit of work to set up but you will be spawning 14-30 rare monsters a breach and it's crazy fun

I've been playing POE1 very casually on and off since launch and rarely even have a headhunter at the end of a league. It's basically a cheatcode and very expensive item that most players will never even have.
