MarkFin9423: You know PoE 1 and 2 has been consistently bad when players no longer look forward to classes being buffed. They instead speculate what classes are going to get gutted and what content is going to be nerfed to make the game more unfun. This has been a cycle of bad content that has been happening since necropolis, got worse in kulguur (only reason people tolerated that dumpster fire was because it was going to be one of the last patches in a while), and got even worse in PoE 2.

If anything needs to be done away with in PoE 1 and 2 is the classes GGG does not want you to play, because clearly the dev team does not want variety, they want players to play a very specific way. In which case why give false options, just make it linear in that case.
