Bow is weird because monsters are faster and either you try to spam dodge roll or you don't use it at all in maps but for bosses could be good and "if no enemies in your presence" in poe2 enemies almost always are in your presence even in video monsters are almost always around. I am not sure if I would ever use this bow I like more predictable outcomes. Quiver gamble items are like rotating defences it is hard to justify the use because you don't know what to expect and it is hard to build around, such items/skills/effects could be fun but again more predictable more fun.

0725038: Biggest thing with whisp ice is that the casting limit is 3 compared to firestorm with 1. It's possibly tripple the damage. It can be crazy strong.

HFLlightning: Deaths Harp with the new quiver with perfect corruption you can fire 6 projectiles at the same time, which means the quiver should fire all the arrows
