Calcs are wrong which u have already admited in the comments but in ur comparison ur pob shows 10 attacks per seconds while taking into account the support gems rage and crescendo and ur in game demonstartion has 10 attacks per seconds tooltip which dont account for these gems. Another thing is crescendo only buffs attack speed for 3/5 attacks hence its not a 15% more attack speed it would be more like 9% but the first 3 attacks are also faster than the last 2 so theres that too.

Point is ur demonstration is still considerably faster than what you will have in 0.4 and its missleading for people watching the video.

Crescendo II:

- Final Strike of Supported Skills can be performed twice in succession

- Attacks with Supported Skills that are not Final Strikes have 15% more Attack Speed

Tempest Flurry have 4 strike with 140% of base attack speed where third strike have 35% less Attack Speed, and forth strik, final strike, have 45% less Attack Speed. So the final strike is significantly slower than than the rest, and having to perform final strike twice is slowing overall moveset down.

Basically, with default 4 movesets [1.4B, 1.4B, 0.91B, 0.77B] -> after crescendo II, 5 movesets [1.61B, 1.61B, 1.0465B, 0.77B, 0.77B] where B = base attack speed. After calculate average attack speed, we get default ~1.045B, and w/ crescendo II ~1.042B which is about the same. (unless I misunderstand something)

Though i'm not sure about movement speed. It's possible that final strike give you more forward momentum than the rest. There's no available infos on that.

you basically gain a lot of increased attack speed than before for taking hollow palm in campaign.

But at the top end (dont know when) maybe around level 60-80 i would guess, its better to switch into a 2 handed weapon with decent stats.

Should put the weapon into pob before switching anyways.
