impo997: I played this in 3.25 and I think it was my smoothest start ever. Even though I don't like the ballista gameplay, you can't deny its strength

I really wanted to play a self caster if they buff them, but playing this again is very tempting

L4szcZ: After each leage start I say I will play siege balista from POEGuy (because its very good and cheap build) in next league and before next league start I always swap to something else :D

nikyun: Siege balista was a great League start for me, very solid and easy to gear and play. Shrapnell balista is also a very solid build that can run t17, but it won't do juiced rouge exiles or 15 wave simulacrum reliably even with simplex. But I'd definitely recommend these builds to newer players for their defences and good damage and clear

kenai6935: i had a good time in settlers with this build and i agree with the idea of minions traps or ballista that are fit for new player because poe is very punshing for new players at the start to the very end game and siege ballista is one of those builds which is very easy and understand to play. so those who are complaining about this build the idea of league start build for new players is being very tanky and they can try non ballista builds which is tanky like righteous fire if they dont like these stuff. and i believe that poe guy is doing good job to targeting new players because thats matter so much for a video game .

hbkrip12: I am a fairly inexperienced player and have tried league starting since 3.22 i try a new build every season and struggle heavy since i am not sure how to make currency while leveling. But every season i just scrap everything and go back to this build to make getting other interesting builds a possibility.
