Nabekukka: Can confirm having found Siege Ballista in Settlers, and league started Merc with it, I am no longer a sucky boi.

Cannot think of an easier build for a beginner, EA Ballista will easily take you to yellow maps with a 4-link, Siege Ballista transition is straightforward and cheap, starting uniques are just one or few chaos a piece, then you just get new upgrades one piece at a time, craft your rare rings and belt with Sorrow essences, the build will easily take you through red maps easily with a 5-link and budget gear, and get the Exarch and Eater Void Stones.

If you don't want to be a sucky boi, arrive from the kitchen with the coffee ready, and go Siege ballistic with yo totems, hehhehhe.

aidanhesselroth3427: Very tempted to try a earthshatter zerker, I've never done a build that cared about warcries before so that sounds like it could be good fun and strong too. My only other thought is I do kind of want to try an ES/CI build, since they seemed really good last league, not sure what the go to would be for that since trickster got at least somewhat nerfed.

Trash432: going with Cyclone Shockwave Slayer Sanavixx posted a few days ago. I'm still new to poe1 played a league or two ago but I forgot the 90 hours I put in and never got my phd in crafting but I know how cyclone works and it's pretty easy to set up. His video is also easy to follow I got 2k hours in poe2 but my god who wants to watch a 40 min video where the person is in a spread sheet or his pob the whole time. I had fun with cyclone last time but I didn't know about tats or spell anything so I was just raw dogging T16 with some years old bleed build of it if I stopped spinning I died and bosses took like 3 mins to kill. San's video showed me where i went wrong with a lot of things but for an old build MMO Gaming Guy bleed one really carried you.

rubikmonat6589: To deal with the league mechanic: quick area damage. Proliferation of some sort would be nice. Leech / recoup. something to stop me bring swarmed. Probably cold dot witch pending further patch notes. Just for 2-3 stones. see what happens from there. EDIT: ok your build at the end looks pretty good. Maybe that.
