omgwtflolbbl5303: For people who have the support sockets free and want a higher shock value on bosses when actually sniping, you can put charged mark (marks drop shocked ground om activation) plus overcharged support (self shock on shocking). Combine this with commiserate support on thunderstorm.

What happens here is the thunderstorm gives you your normal shock value - if you dropped overcharge on it, you lose 10% flat shock value. Whenever you actually put freezing mark and freeze the enemy though, what happens is that freezing mark procs its shocked ground, which then shocks you from overcharged, which then immediately procs a 40% more (not increased) boosted shock on the boss from thunderstorm commiserate. Right now I do 98% shocks on bosses (cap is 100%, easy to hit if I want).

This is also very safe since thunderstorm is no longer self shocking you for huge increased damage taken, the self shock only happens when you actually freeze your mark, at which point you are no longer in danger and the short thunderstorm intervals means you'll almost immediately lose the self shock anyways.

The downside is that you have 10% decreased shock value while actually freezing the boss. How big a deal this is really depends on you. At the moment I have 70% shocks by default and 98% shocks on avtivated marked targets. It is also a fair bit of support pressure, especially on thunderstorm.
