PicklePickles: I went through blood cancer treatment from December 2025 to Aprile 2026 with the diagnosis given on December 8th 2025. It was the toughest phase in all of 32 years of my life.

There were two releases from GGG during this time. One for POE 2 and the other for POE 1. I could not play either of these properly and they were very good patches. Mirage and temple league. I said to myself a million times, I have to get better, I have to heal, I HAVE TO LIVE for my wife (who I would die for cause she never left my side) and for whatever the future holds. All I could do to pass this tough phase was to watch path of exile streamers and all the content that GGG was releasing. I was happy that I was getting better and the cancer treatment was doing its thing even though it was very difficult. I was happy that I can get to play POE in the next patch and league start as I always have.

Thank you GGG. Thank you path of exile. You gave me hope. You gave me another thing to look forward to. I am in complete metabolic remission as of now. And I am very happy to be alive.
