Path of Exile 2 Druid League Early Review Fate of the Vaal

sandsharkvolleyball: I hear you on not getting the tiles you need when you need them. I feel like the solution to that is to give you a pool of 10 that you choose six from before you place them.

brofenix: I think they should allow you to undo any Vaal Temple square placements until you click Run Temple.

Brillanty: I think the league mecanic is very good it need some tuning, adjustement but I really welcome it in poe. I think it's the kind of mecanic we will appreciate way more having in a few league as a content you can choose to run/focus on

jaredmartin4649: I hope they make it so we get like 12 pieces as options but we can only place 6 of them. More options are always nice. I feel like we need some kind of key or something too so we can actually see which rooms interact with each other without just bricking our temple to find out

SweebyMignonne: The times when a boss occasionally comes out I feel should give double progress to next temple opening.

JetStreamGamer: My main issue with the league mechanic is having to hunt for it in maps. Abyss was a lot more noticeable and covered a larger area so it felt a lot more natural to engage with it. Think this will be a great atlas tree addition though in the future since it has a lot of little aspects of it you could try and personalize through a skill tree

As a play every now and then dad, I’ve still never even made it to the endgame once, but I love doing what I can with the new stuff from league to league. I’m a simple guy. The Druid looks super fun and I’m excited to play it

ElicatrothTV: Early campaign I got exalts and regals in EVERY ROOM! Now im in maps and..................... almost none of the rooms have crafting benches.... what gives?

Shingeki__: Bear has bugs too. My character will randomly get stuck or stop attacking.

satyakimukherjee8264: The reason the special rooms sometimes connect and sometimees dont is caise they too have a random path structure like the others. Its kinda hard to see tbh with the special icon, but can be seen if u squint. They need to seriously update the artwork to make the path steucture more visible.

AlexSolaire: The crashes are terrible, the worst feeling are these 10-50 second freezes that end in ADHD enemies killing me and spinning like a Beyblade, I want to low-key ragequit every time I lose an event or boss because of this

JH-un1vt: The temple needs check points at each reward station. The running around is worse than any map grinding I've experienced.

mcjibbo6100: I keep getting 10 second freezes but the game does not crash.

In a 12hour session it happened maybe 3 times. I do have a good pc and i had almost 0 performance issues before the update.

Kegstand86: Maybe being able to rotate the tiles and or more tiles to pick from but u can only use the same amount

negativeimpactz: On xbox I'm getting this weird red screen of death that I have to reload checkpoint to fix and I'm also experiencing the game not unpausing when I unpause so I'm stuck again and have to reload from checkpoint

fearsomezq: I'm not to endgame yet but wolf leveling is the most fun I've had in a power fantasy build game in a long time. This thing is a blast.

itskhro: I can speak for the wolf for casuals (I'm not in endgame yet):

I've not played Act 4 before, skipped those patches. When fighting these bosses for the first time as wolf, I didnt get to see any mechanics, as they were instantly frozen and killed in like max 2 cycles. And I've just gotten to cast on ailment now, which procs ALL THE TIME. I put thunderstorm there, so now theyre even more frozen, and getting shocked guaranteed due to that other support gem (on shred for me). Flavor is 10/10, damage is undeniable so far.

AynenMakino: On the league mechanic being very punishing for the trial and error learning approach: The entire game is fixated on heavy punishment to the point of excessiveness imho. I do feel like the game is getting a little less punishing over time but it's got a long way to go. I wish punishment wasn't part of the design goals.

coffeegopher6740: Mirroring my thoughts on temple. I haven't played much this season (finals week), but every time I've interfaced with temple I've just felt confused and worried about making mistakes I'm not even sure I'm making.

Zell017: I feel like I had the same exact experience with the league mechanic. I really want to like it and engage with it but don't feel like I've been allowed to.
