paulc5389: They're nerfing reduced movement penalty because they're adding it to more nodes. Whether or not that actually ends up being a nerf or buff will depend if they're adding it to nodes you'd usually want to take anyway (and how many) or if you'd have to go out of your way and spend more points just for it.
