Fixed a bug where Minion Instability was able to trigger on Spectres that had been removed after weapon swapping.

I was under the impression that the “RF” spectre build got broken before the boss race last league that’s why people swap to the lingering spectres .

I’m going to look for the patch now and edit if I find it

troyrandall5396: been my worst experience leveling with minions. stuck on act 2, minions have 150% damage and do less then 150 dps. will never kill jamanra with 200k health and i have no money to respec or anything. probably just try again next league this has been miserable
