sabihrashid252: My problem with combos isn't the effort needed for them...it's that it makes builds and playstyles feel very insular and pre-designed. Think sets from Diablo 3. You have a specific set of tools that you have to use together to make the build work, with far less freedom to mix and match like in PoE 1.

Having skills tied to weapons exacerbates this problem. Maybe it'll get better over time as they add more stuff, but right now buildcrafting doesn't feel like a playground, it feels more like you're stuck on a single piece of equipment like a seesaw or slide.

Bendickson300: Hoping for fast paced werewolf gameplay and wolf summoning. Not specter or spectral wolves, but just summoning wolves from woods.

Saucemixer: I would argue we see more ppl gravitate to 1 button due to the amount of enemies on the screen - there is simply no room for meaningful combo gameplay anymore sadly. I really liked the release of PoE2 for that reason (not to few enemies but also not to many). I rather would like to have fewer enemies but those enemies being for bulky.

bluetoughguy: It would be cool if they brought out two classes. I know it takes a bit of shine off druid, but it would make you want to push through content another time as well. If it's just druid and end game, I think it will be a pretty quick season for a lot of people.

vimzim8576: I'm just a tourist in PoE2, I don't like the end-game so I normally only spend 3-4 days playing it. I don't really like anything about the Civ map. I hope they get rid of it and we have something closer to PoE1 mapping.

amitfrishberg5863: They already have delve-like atlas, why not going all the way and give the map delve-like rewards. Then we can look for maps with good rewards and the pathing will have a purpose.

Alloran: Here's to hoping thiccboy shamen man is a strong caster out of the box. I got super baited by Sorc in 0.1 and not looking forward to a repeat of that with Druid. The biggest balance change we could get is to slow down monster movement speed and attack speed and reduce pack size. The entire balance philosophy with combos only works if they massively reduced the amount of stuff on the screen at any given time. I'm down for that, I'd love it, and I think it's why Acts felt like a different game to maps. Fingers crossed they tune it that way instead of PoE1 screen full of insanity that endgame is now.

Balance changes I want most is for actual support gem overhaul. Downside gems should be given massive buffs. Neat build changing gems like Frostfire should be more common and stronger. I'd rather they go back to the exclusive support gem system and just make the other gems that don't get used actually good enough. It doesn't have to be with damage if there's mana recoup or defensive buffs, or other utility that makes using them worth while. But you can't put a gem out there that is designed for utility that also nerfs your damage 50%. The fact that it doesn't innately increase your damage is already an opportunity cost to using that gem.

I want self cast buffs, more cast speed on the tree, better mana recoup, a complete overhaul to how much spell skills effects damage, because it's the by far supreme way to scale damage right now and nothing else is even close, which makes crafting boring and a zero sum game. Either the staff hits 6-7 spell gem levels or it's complete garbage. Either the amulet has gem levels or it's trash. That kind of thing. Anyhow, that's my wish list Gothic Horror Santa.

MarceloYuri: A comment on the 'generate-spend' of combos, I don't think people are gravitating towards single buttons just because of laziness, I forgot what the elemental thing was called, but it was SO UNDERPOWERED. You needed to shock and extract or wait a lightning orb expire to get the lightning thingy and it would just do meh.

Meanwhile, ranger and monk were going like a fucking A10, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrt through the map. With both single target and AoE damage. Combos should always do more, WAY MORE, damage than single buttons. I still don't know why the damn bell was nerfed, it was rewarding to have it, now we just try to sneak another aura in and spam ice strike or whatever.

TheLucaso47: i hope poe 2 will path more away from poe1 i dont like to one shot every thing and be omega fast. i like the combo builds that earn the kill and when you perfected your build im okay with being over powered
