Nezhira: Thank you so much for this vid Ydoc. I've been comparing a standard permafrost witchhunter build I copy/pasted from maxroll, to a ssf ritualist build I made myself and it really killed the joy.

The witchhunter build feels godlike, just running maps down, but I'm not feeling any attachment or emotional investment towards it.

Meanwhile my ritualist can barely clear a t1, but you made me understand that it's my own little project and should just keep working on it.

DapperGoldie: Brother!!!! What a banger yet again. I agree with pretty much everything you say. As a trade league player it can feel like such a rat race. I’ve learned over the past few leagues that playing trade league in a sort of SSF way feels so much better to me as a player enjoying the game, and only relying on trade when it comes to ultra min-maxing builds I really enjoy. It’s helped a ton with my enjoyment. Playing this way means that I’ve never used a Headhunter until I dropped my first Headhunter this league, and instead of selling it for some big bucks, you’re damn right I used it myself. That payoff of having not used it throughout the entire life cycle of POE2 until now made that moment feel so much better than it would have if I had purchased one in each previous league.

Ydocs video is really about how you as a player can find enjoyment in the game when you put aside comparisons and FOMO whether that means playing hardcore or not. That being said I’m hyped to play HC in Timmy P’s hardcore league coming fairly soon. LOG INNNNN

I am playing since 0.1 and realise that i evolve and evole in so many details - campaign speed, in-depth itemization and build crafting, etc. - the first time i was proud to get into maps, last league i made it TO arbiter and so my goals evolve as i am evolving.

DarkSpartan343: POE2 isn't bad, it just does a bunch of little things that make it feel worse than it needs to. Just as a simple example " 1.5 seconds to Total Attack Time" is a line that just strictly makes the game worse with no benefit.
