NoahISD: Budget poe 2 abyss is several tinks a map. Budget poe 1 abyss is 2c and a 6 link.

Also voyages are still terrible. Are they unironically better div per hour than abyss or breach, yeah, but not by crazy amounts and mostly because it's free entry. But the divine altar underwater is still just completely useless. Needs base quant buffs which i hope the new ducats seriously address
