thatguyb-rad8201: Pretty sure you're going about the Hydra DPS incorrectly. To my knowledge, all their attacks are cooldown based. I don't think attack speed helps them at all.

jeffer232252: I league started hydra spectres this time, i saw that hydras have a cooldown in all their skill and dont have an auto attack, so i used the cd recovery mastery scaled their crit damage

havelthesock: Given that all the Hydra skills have a cooldown, aren't cluster jewel notables better for this? Given that regardless of whether you have 10000% or 100% attack speed, the spectres still only cast their abilities at the same rate.

They will still just stand still when on cooldown.
