dragondemo5: You touched on this a bit, but also worth noting to unlock lizardman as an iron after the hard kourend diary. Chipping away at the dwh grind 1 task at a time is much better for your sanity then grinding it all at once and with the helm boost you use less supplies over the course of the grind.

antongunther3977: Moonlight moths - you can actually catch them at 73 with the 2 boost you can get in the basement of the hunter guild.

Rannars - Kingdom of misc will generate a few of these per day. Always keep the coffers filled and happiness in the 90s. I personally only go back to the kingdom to upkeep happiness once every 2 days, but if you want max returns do it daily. Use the fairy ring to get there.

Stat boosting potions - dont waste them on slayer, use them for bossing. Use moths instead. Black warlocks give you almost the same effect as a super str potion, but are much easier to get (they are basically free). There are also moths that raise attack and def the same way.

Slayer bracelets - you can swap them on at the end of a kill to gain their effect. So for 90% of the kill wear your barrows gloves or what ever than switch to either slayer bracelet during the last 10% of the kill.

val2848: 4:38 you can also imbue a ring of the gods and it will not only have a huge prayer bonus but also take on the effect of the holy wrench. for times when your ring slot isnt as important and you would rather have less prayer drain

burntfish123: Biggest tip for lazy mains: buy a venator bow and go to the catacombs with it every time you can (still burst devil's and nechs tho)

The_DutchKiwi: My best midgame ironman slayer advice is to stop caring about your task streak. Just break it, point boost for your unlocks and then turael skip for tasks you need/want. Slayer is a gate that locks account upgrades behind it, you will get 99 slayer before you get all the items you need. You don't need to artificially make that longer by trying to maintain a streak

DemonicWings: Pretty sure prostelyte has better defensive stats. Not that it matters while praying but still makes it technically BIS for pray slayer.

mitchellchase6667: As an iron, if you have blighted restores or sacks, you can hop to a pvp world and use these in lieu of prayer pots / burst runes. Saves me a ton of time, since I already have a lot of these from wildy activities.

On my iron, it’s still not my favorite (but it’s growing on me), but it’s a great feeling to get those upgrades. 1 claw from first TDs task, but 2 zentyes from my first demonic gorillas task. Feels good, going for a TDs soon so I can get my first synapse and/or finish my claws

Running-For-It: Camulet can also hold infinite charges if you pay 1m cash to the dude inside the temple. Totally worth it for Ironman!

dawsonjunga7866: i very much second the cannoning hill giants to get the ancient shards. I killed around 7000 of them to fully upgrade my emberlight, and i got three or so full totems plus the hill giant champ scroll while doing it. its a grind but VERY worth it for the emberlight

antongunther3977: always bring a bonecrusher or ash sanct. The small amount of prayer exp adds up, especially since wrath runes are hard to get on an iron (unless you are a mad man who rushes 95 rc)

rororo707: Hey Kaoz, you may already know this, but when you get to Cerb there is tech you can do to use slightly less prayer supplies. One, use ward of arceuus, it reduces the prayer drain substantially (but you almost def knew this one). Second, if you use sinister offering with the ashes cerb drops for each kill at the same tick you get prayer drained to 0 from the second ghost, you can block the hit while only being drained a few prayer points. It utilizes WAY less since they're only draining marginal amount. Wiki goes into it pretty well if you want a better explanation
