Pan.95: Another method which I use on every f2p account is the training dummies for level 1-8 attack. You attack the training dummies very fast and gain 5xp per hit with 100% accuracy, meaning you can just outright skip the iron scimitar. Coupled with vampire slayer, you get either 20 or 21 attack (can be done comfortably with 13 mage, 10hp), so you can skip from iron-mithril before killing a single npc with melee :)
