cheeezar: The whole idea of a "bowfa rebuild" was just pure copium invented by redditors. BGS/DWH for 15m gp on the first RP makes a rag hybrid set get faster kills at muspah than bowfa only. Nox halberd in full torags is even kill times but 1/3 the price compared to bowfa only zulrah. Eye gauntlets and scobow is quite a lot cheaper than a bowfa set, while being significantly higher dps at 3 of the 4 original gwd bosses.

You should not sell your whole bank for anything else than an actual rebuild with a megarare.

Selling masori for a bowfa to do chambers would be low key trolling. Dhcb even in snakeskins is better at olms head. Blowpipe is significantly stronger on rope and muttadiles, crossbows are equal/at times better at vasa and vespula (if you can upkeep a tick perfect 4t cycle, bowfa would be better on portal, majority of people cannot and end up losing the entire tick advantage). Mystics is the only room in chambers where the bowfa is actually significant for ranged, being the 3rd best overall weapon behind the eye and shadow.

That being said, with the overpowered gloves and eye being in the game now, realistically the ONLY reason to buy a bowfa is to get your infernal cape. The eye in an ahrim rag set is just flat out better than the bow at most places, while costing 25-30% less.

There is no "skill difference" between using a crossbow and a bowfa. Yeah w a pipe sometimes u need to be precise with movement to not lose ticks, but u need to learn this for zuk healers anyways if you buy the bow and go to inferno.
