uberkill160: With Bandos gear, I was able to get the speedrun CA time. Just need to squeeze in atlatl throws and time the chally specs right before the boss dives. Vengeance spellbook swap -> thralls are good if you are specifically going for the CA but normally I would just camp veng or thralls.

Garrett_Trade: back in 2017 i did 790 kills with an ibans staff, ahrim's, and a rune cbow with diamond bolts on my ironman to get the fangs and serp. My avg kill was like 1.5 cycles or probably around 5 minutes

fast forward 8 years and now you can farm zulrah with a halbred and get consistent 1.5 minute kills
