KMartWarrior: you might want to read more on how sailing is leveled, because its not a buyable skill, only the ship parts are buyable. im pretty sure you get construction xp only for those ship upgrades, not sailing.

the blog stated only 4 training methods - exploration, barracuda trials, port tasks, and deep sea trawling. none of those 4 are buyable
