RocketPropelledMexican: There's an outlast method to frequently smite the rev bots, you use dscim spec to turn off prayer to guarantee full TB. Then use sara strike while ten-tiling with gear that gives minimum magic damage bonus (swampbark is the best for the additional entangle ticks). If they're low on food you can chuck on cursed goblin amulet to minimize hits and use cured goblin hammer to flinch them will they drain their prayer. The whole point isn't to DPS, but to maximize prayer drain, once you have them drained you can then start DPS to secure the kill and guarantee getting their rev weapon.
