MifuneShio: I don't think any company would remove gambling if goverment did not crack down on it as hard as it does since it is probably the biggest money maker for companies and most will look for ways to loophole, and the UK goverment tends to be pretty harsh when they find out that under 18s are gambling and since Jagex is based in UK they had to abide by this, but in the end, unless you want to remove all randomness out of everything, random chance exists, random chance is a form of gambling, imagine a mmo where you got loot 100% of the time no matter what just because any diffrent would be considered gambling, but the company doing it has no choice unless they want to be shut down.

Skaatje: A lot of gambling streamers get sponsored a million a month to gamble away on their platform. 300K sounds like a lot, but the gambler who gambles away their last 30 dollars has probably got bigger problems in general than they have.

IPlayOSRS: When my favourite game makes it on here... for exactly what I'd expect it to. Been playing the game for 22 years at this point. Seen a lot of drama. A lot of bad decisions. The Duel Arena was so unbelievably toxic. So many scammers. So much desperation, depravity, and just... sadness.

I gambled for a little while. Only small amounts, 20m here 30m there. I lost a lot, but sometimes I'd win a fair amount. I remember deciding to chuck in 100m gp and if I lost... oh well, but I won. I took that as my sign to quit gambling. I enjoyed the rush entirely too much and knew I'd end up an addict if I kept it up. I didn't want to resort to buying gold to fund my habit. I didn't want to be an addict.

I love RuneScape. I love Old School RuneScape. I'm truly glad the Duel Arena is gone, but DM'ing on PvP worlds is definitely still a problem. At the very least, it is not approved by Jaggleplox.

Brother old school wasn’t released until after the eoc update which is now runescape3 then they made old school RuneScape because we all hated the new entire game changing update. Theres so much more I can add read other comments. Man got so much wrong it hurts. Why wait until almost half way to speak on rwt??? That’s the whole basis. You don’t try and teach someone to drive but start with driving a stick shift or wait until the end to tell them how to put gas into it or open the door.
