Memyx: They've really gotta learn to not let the glow obscure the design of the weapon but compliment it instead. Some of these get it, but others just look like their glow is tacked on.

edstreme13: Lots of the gear with the awkward "hair" and "plumage" admittedly go much better with each job's DT artifact gear. The scythe is a good example as it all just sorta fits together, save for if you messed around with dyes obv. But yeah, for the majority of folks who aren't running all artifacts, it is kind of an al in or out choice in design

TajinQ: Yeah the glow on the books is always uninspired and it hides the book's cover, which is the most important part of the book. It's so easy to come up with cool book effect ideas too, they're not even trying.

Would be much better if the glow was coming from the ink on the pages, or from small accessories afixed on the book.

They could also make a little creature hovering over the book with a glow effect. That would fit the pet job aesthetic perfectly. First step of the summoner book had a little bat flying above the book for instance.

shine6783: Think they really need to step up their relic game overall. i almost never seen people using relics outside zeta/lux ones. all recent relics feel like put minimal effort with the idea that its gonna be barely used to begin with. :(
