GO-sz1nv: Had a tank in Puppet's Bunker. They collected vuln stacks without even trying to move out of AOEs. I was SGE and took Kardia off them. Other healer was also sick of them. We also had a redmage who refused to rez them. We had a MCH that was popping off on DPS so they were the new tank and we kept them up through tank busters while the tank watched from the floor.

They said they were new to tanking, but in level 80 content? Really? It's not like avoiding AOEs is something you learn only once you play tank. No one was happy with them lol.
