GmaerXQ: I remember reading somewhere, think it's one of the Azys Lla dungeons; there's a thing that suggests the Ixal were originally grand creatures, but their genetic design caused them to, in essence, devolve and become the twiggy landbound creatures we know today; seeking Garuda's aid to regain their former wings.

Jon_the_Wizard: It's weird, the Ixal and Ananta have kind of the same thing going for them, created as Allagan experiments who, once the Allagans fell, went off and created their own society. It's just the Ananta adjusted way better to working with the other Spoken races.

ryanrushford7918: I wonder if we will ever see a race, or something similar to what they really used to be like, on another shard at some point. I think that would be a really interesting way to flesh them and out build on their lore too.
