There is also no chance that the old woman is Wuk. Her character lacks the attention span to tell a story like that without mentioning her papa's peace.

UltimisRBX: I start to feel that besides it being inspired by a norse mythology, there could be some very slight inspiration by slavic mythology. I believe that the female au ra appearing in the trailer is a sacrifice to the crystal to sustain its protection. Just a nameless girl being selected to make sure that people survive for next few years.

Edit: It would be interesting if we would fight people we wanna save while also fighting them giants or something.

That said i think 7's place will be the unannounced raid series that wasn't announced to give space for the FF7R reveal at SGF.
