Of course as a raider you love Dawntrail and think the game isn't in a bad state because this expansion, and Endwalker too have heavily focused on the hardcore playerbase with tons of savage difficulty content. You realize you're in the very small minority of the overall playerbase, right? Even the bland and homogeneous job design was meant to accommodate the raiders because of exclusion and balance. You said FF14 focuses on keeping casuals engaged? With what? Since Endwalker there has been barely any content for casuals, and what has been there has barely any replay value, and the boring job design makes doing anything in the game feel worse on top of that. Don't confuse casual players who want to actually play the game with the MSQ-only and Limsa Idlers.

Here's who they actually cater to - the top 10% and bottom 10% of players, and everyone else gets ignored. You can act like the game is great because Yoshi P and Mr. Ozma are hyper focused on giving a small portion of the playerbase a lot to do in recent years and it benefits you, but you could at least try to see people's perspectives better and not just say it's the MSQ players that have been getting shafted. There has been barely anything to do since Endwalker for the massive amount of players in-between the very bottom and very top end, not to mention them triple-downing on the bad job design and patches getting longer with almost nothing for non-raiders coming out.
