Most times my partner and I will alternate healer and tank leveling so we can have quick roulettes but I have had to do the 30-40 min wait before and it is brutal.

aaronspain3387: Life on the Materia DC, where you NEED to be in a premade to get queues to pop, because even as Tank in Need, you won't get a queue within 20 minutes during peak hour.
