kilikx1x: There are specific CE's that have a chance of rewarding specific Jobs. For example Unbridled has a chance at giving you the Berserker job. I can't recall the rest though.

Some of the jobs have 30 minute buffs that they can apply to the entire party, to apply these buffs the player using the skill must stand near a crystal (there is one next to every single aether point) and use the skill. The description of these skills says that it works on "nearby" party members but from my testing these apply to all party members within the same map. These skills are very useful and worth trying to upkeep, they also persist even if you switch jobs so in theory you can just apply every single on of them yourself (assuming you have all of the jobs at their appropriate level for those skills).

You can use the new Phantom Duty Action keybinds 1-5 for the new skills or alternatively use the Duta Action 1 and Duty Action 2 default keybinds to activate the phantom job skills. If you choose to use the default keybinds Duty Action 1 will activate the currently selected skill and Duty Action 2 will cycle through the available skills. This can be useful for removing button bloat. Alternatively you can simply click on them if your on keyboard and mouse.

One of the items in the shops is a mount speed increase. This is invaluable if you plan on spending large amounts of time doing this content.
